After his death, his wife, Liqaʼ Khanum married Shaykh Ibrahim, as a result of which, she lost custody of her children. Haji Muhammad, who is the executor of Abu al-Hasan's will, complains against Liqaʼ Khanum because she does not acknowledge the change of custodianship and has taken possession of properties that were in the hands of other guardians.
